At Mt. Lou San, we desire to provide you with everything you need for your custom retreat, conference or seminar that meets your needs. The chart below shows you the facilities and activities you may choose from in order to construct your retreat. Based on the activities you choose, we charge an hourly rate ($35-$50 per hour, depending on size of group), and our program staff will lead your group through the activities. Based on the facilities you need, we charge a fee for use of the building for the event.

Connecting people to the truths of God’s Word for life-change is the mission of Mt. Lou San. If you would like our staff to lead your group through a time of worship and challenge from God’s Word, please let us know.
Perhaps your group is looking for a retreat that includes an overnight stay. We have 2 styles of housing; our dormitories are winterized and sleep about 60 people (no linens included), and our cabins are not winterized and sleep about 10 people. For the cabins, linens are not included but our shower house has restroom and shower facilities. The cabins are available for use from April until October. Based on the number of meals, number of guests, number of activities and number of facilities used, we will calculate a per person rate. A program activity unit is 1 hour of activities selected by you and led by our program staff. Here are some sample packages that we could provide for you to give you an idea of cost for an overnight event.
3 meals/1 overnight stay/3 program activity units – $45 per person
6 meals/2 overnight stays/6 program units – $75 per person
Typically we would grant you as many program activity units as meals in an overnight stay. However, we can adjust the plan to fit the needs of your group. Please contact us at (717) 545-2841 to customize your overnight event.
