Cost: $50, non-refundable, deposit due at registration. Total cost for summer camp is $320. Camp fee is non-refundable for early departures.
Discount: Anyone registering before April 3, 2019 can use the PROMO CODE: save50 to receive a $50 discount.
Registration: Anyone registering after June 1, 2019 must call the office to check availability.
Arrival: Registration begins at 2 p.m. on Monday. The camp program will begin at 4 p.m. We cannot accept early arrivals.
Departure: For teens, camp ends at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Campers should be picked up no later than 10:00 a.m. For junior camp, we will have a brief closing ceremony at 8:45 in the tabernacle. Parents are encouraged to attend.
Mt. Lou San is a Christian camp and desires to maintain a testimony of modesty in dress and decency in conduct. Campers who use alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs will be dismissed. Non-cooperative campers will be subject to dismissal at parent/church expense.
Mt. Lou San Bible Camp’s dress code is as follows:
Modest shorts (no more than 3 inches above the knee), long pants or jeans are permitted for recreational activities. Clothes should not be tight, torn, or revealing in any way.
Girls: Dresses or skirts (no more than 3 inches above the knee), long pants or capris are appropriate for the evening chapels. During swim time, swimsuits must be one piece or tankini that covers the stomach.
Guys: Long pants are required for the evening chapels (no T-shirts with writing).
MT. LOU SAN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO CHANGE HIS OR HER OUTFIT IF IN THE ESTIMATION OF THE STAFF IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE STANDARDS.
What to bring: Bible, bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, flashlight, swimsuit, jacket, sports clothes for activities, nice casual clothes for informal services, at least one old pair of athletic shoes, and spending money (Outpost, Snackshop, paintball, etc.) most campers bring $25-$30
Do not bring: Alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, fireworks, ammunition, guns, weapons, skateboards, magazines, apparel with inappropriate graphics or lettering, or any type of electronic device.
Meals: All meals are included in the camper fee. Those on special diets can refer to www.mtlousan.org/policies-procedures for our food allergy policy.
Nit-free policy: Each camper will be checked for head lice. If a camper is not nit-free, he/she will not be admitted.
Non-discrimination policy: Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, religion or national origin.

Paintball: Paintball is available during Teen Camp only. The cost is $10 which covers equipment and 100 round of ammo. Masks are provided. Additional ammo is $5/100. If using your own equipment, the cost is $5. We will keep your equipment in in a locked location until you’re ready to play. Sign-up for paintball will be available each day the activity is scheduled.
Camp Care Packages: If you would like to send your camper a camp care package, they will be available on check-in day at the camp store (The Outpost).

Safety is one of our primary concerns. For this reason, while camp is in session, all guests are required to check-in and check-out at the camp office. Some guests may be requested to remain with a staff escort while on camp property. Mt. Lou San reserves the right to decline any visitation request. If a visitor knowingly fails to comply with any of the policies laid out by the camp, they will be asked to leave the premises. If necessary, local authorities will be contacted.
Lost and Found:
Lost items not requested in 7 days will be disposed of. Requested items will be held for pickup. Please contact our camp office in search of lost items.
Please do not pack medication. All camper medication must be turned in to our health officer at registration. Only our health officer is allowed to administer medication. Our health center stocks basic over-the-counter medications (Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Benadryl, etc.) and first aid supplies. It is not necessary to send these unless your child needs them on a regular basis.
