Working at Mt. Lou San is more than just a summer job. Our staff becomes a tight-knit community receiving discipleship from our leaders, life-skills, work experience and the opportunity to serve hundreds of kids and teens each summer. Not to mention all the perks and fun that come with living at a summer camp for 6 weeks!

Typical staff responsibilities include grounds keeping, facility maintenance, camp program assistance, counseling, food service, and cleaning.

OPS SUPERVISOR (GUYS & GIRLS)

Manage, lead, and model servant leadership for operational staff members.
