Jonah began attending Mt. Lou San at the age of seven and continued until he was sixteen. During this time, he deepened his relationship with God and developed a strong appreciation for the camp experience.

In the summer of 2022, Jonah joined operational staff, and he has returned to Mt. Lou San for the subsequent two summers. He joined as a full time staff member in 2024 and acts as the Assistant to the Camp Manager where he assists with daily operations and summer preparations.
